We are a collective of four women rooted in the worlds of
foraging and plant lore, drawing, forest therapy and somatic yoga. Coming together to form SAP Rising, offering events and workshops to help people connect with their inner and outer nature, building better relationships with self, community and the more than human world.
We are committed to offering practices that support mental, emotional, spiritual and physical wellbeing, especially in this time of rapid change.
